This policy explains what information we use to prepare your mission, who may access it, and how to exercise your rights.
1. Who this policy covers
This page covers the INNOVATECH learner experience called “Find my mission”. For questions about the data controller or other Académie Innovatech services, contact info@academie-innovatech.com. Our general privacy page also covers other services on this website.
2. Information you provide
To request a mission, we collect your first name, email address, and answers about your current situation, optional area of study, career interests, preferred activities and fields, challenge level, and optional annual budget range. Any additional product-research questions are optional.
The website may also process technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as the date of your request and request-related data.
3. How we use your information
- to prepare or recommend a challenge related to what you want to explore;
- to contact you at the address you provide about your mission;
- to understand, in aggregate where possible, which mission types interest visitors;
- to operate and protect the website.
Submitting a request does not mean you consent to having your profile shared with recruiters. Any sharing of a Skill Passport would be a separate choice.
4. Legal basis
We use request information to respond to the steps you ask us to take when you complete the form. Optional answers help us improve the product. Processing needed to keep the website secure and reliable is based on our legitimate interests. Any unrelated marketing communication would require an appropriate separate legal basis.
5. Storage and recipients
Depending on the service configuration, requests are stored in a private system or in a Google Sheet accessible to authorized people preparing missions. Technical providers may process data to host and operate the service. We do not sell questionnaire responses.
Please do not enter confidential, sensitive, or third-party personal information in free-text fields.
6. Retention and security
We keep requests for as long as needed to handle them, follow up on the relationship, and meet applicable obligations. We then delete or anonymize them when continued storage is no longer justified. Access to storage is limited to people who need it to handle requests.
7. Cookies and analytics
Technical elements may be necessary for the website to work. If an analytics tool is enabled, some navigation events may be recorded to understand how the experience is used; personal answers and email addresses are not included in these events. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.
8. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, or restriction of your data, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent when consent is the legal basis. Email info@academie-innovatech.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL).
